This Chart is established in French, German, and English languages which are equivalent and none version shall prevail over the other. It shall be subject and construed according to Swiss law.

1- Object

PrejudiceAwareness.com is reserved to the members all around the world, selected by committees, as described further in point 2.1, to publish, react, point out, inform, educate to prevent the negative consequences of prejudice, for the individual, societies and conflict resolution, as often as they wish and with no limitation as the number of words. Said contribution to debate truth will foster PrejudiceAwareness.com and therefore help the world opinion to avoid the negative consequences of prejudice.

It is operated by The Ustinov prejudice awareness forum association as intermediary enabling nominees to exchange their personal views and opinions on the Forum, without interference with the content of the messages posted by the Members.

2- Conditions of access and use

2.1 Conditions of access

Access to PrejudiceAwareness.com is reserved to Members selected every month by committees composed of the Founders.

Once the Member has been selected by the Committees, he will receive confirmation of his nomination for contribution to the Forum together with the username and password strictly personal, enabling him to contribute to the website, after having created his profile and activation of his personal user account.

The Member undertakes to keep his username and password confidential and not to disclose them to third parties. The Member will be solely liable for the activity made on his user account.

Internet users other than Members will not be able to publish initiation threads or post messages on the Website but will be able to view the Members’ contributions published on PrejudiceAwareness.com, and to debate about said publications on the dedicated pages created especially for that purpose on social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, etc…

2.2 Conditions of use

Members will be able to freely contribute to the Website as often as they wish, with content of their choice (articles, videos, etc…) provided said content is not contrary to public order, and complies with applicable laws and rules in force and the rights of others (for instance, not posting a content that is violent, abusive, defamatory, racist, apologist for war crimes, pedophilic, or that incites to murder, suicide, discrimination or hate).

In case of abuse, Members can inform PrejudiceAwareness.com by sending a message  through the heading CONTACT.

Members are solely liable for the content posted but PrejudiceAwareness.com can decide to suspend their access in the event of complaint from a third party, breach of laws or breach of the provisions of this Chart. Members are also solely liable for keeping a copy of the content posted on PrejudiceAwareness.com which shall not be liable if for any reason (such as failure of the system, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond its control) PrejudiceAwareness.com is unavailable at any time or for any period.

3- Acceptance and Modifications of the present Chart

By accessing or using PrejudiceAwareness.com, Member or user agrees to be bound by this Chart.

This chart can be changed or modified at our discretion at any time and the Member can check the date of last modification of this Chart displayed at the top of the window.

4- Intellectual Property

The Member remain the sole owners of the content they contribute to PrejudiceAwareness.com. They guarantee PrejudiceAwareness.com that their contribution does not infringe intellectual property rights of others.

Internet users shall respect the intellectual property rights of the Members, and especially not reproduce or distribute the contributions published on PrejudiceAwareness.com on another forums or Medias without the authorization of their authors.

The newspapers Partners will have a priority to publish totally or partially one or the other of PrejudiceAwareness.com publications provided they conclude a separate agreement with the Members author of such publication. There will be one newspaper Partner per country speaking language corresponding to the three languages used in PrejudiceAwareness.com: German-English-French.

5- Personal Data

Personal data (e.g name, postal address or email address) are likely to be collected through the use of PrejudiceAwareness.com, and by access to it the data’s owner consents to such processing, which is made only for the purpose of PrejudiceAwareness.com and excluding any commercial purposes.

Members can exercise their right to access, modify, correct their data by sending a message through the heading CONTACT, and ask at any time for their account to be deleted. The content posted on PrejudiceAwareness.com that is linked to the account will remain visible so that discussions related to said content remain comprehensible for others, but it will be associated with the message “Profil deleted”.

PrejudiceAwareness.com will be linked to the websites of the Founders.

PrejudiceAwareness.com may contain other links to external third-party websites, over whose content we have no control and whose contents are expressly not our own. We therefore accept no liability for this external content. The relevant operator or provider is responsible for the content of any linked sites.
